On-Site Consultation / Measurement
We visit the premises personally, take precise measurements and assess the structural condition. We clarify technical questions — such as subfloor conditions, light exposure or existing installations — and advise you on the best solutions for your situation.
Material & Design Proposal
Based on the consultation and measurements, we create a concrete material and design proposal. You receive samples to touch, visualisations and a clear recommendation of which materials and finishes are best suited to your space.
Quotation
You receive a detailed, transparent quotation — broken down by items, materials and work steps. No hidden costs, no surprises. Only once you approve the quotation do we proceed. For any questions, we naturally take the time for a thorough discussion.
Execution
Our team carries out your project on schedule and with the utmost care. Throughout the entire execution phase, you have a dedicated project manager who keeps you informed of progress. We ensure a tidy site, minimal disruption and precise work in every detail.
Handover
After completion, we walk through the result together with you. We check every detail, answer your questions and hand over care instructions for all installed materials. Only when you are fully satisfied is the project complete for us.
Timeframe
Realistic deadlines, reliably met
The duration of a project depends on its scope and complexity. A single parquet floor is typically installed within a few days. Larger projects — such as a complete interior fit-out with loft doors and glass walls — are planned over several weeks.
After the quotation, you receive a binding schedule with start and end dates. Should anything unexpectedly change, we inform you promptly and proactively.
Communication
