Terms of sale

These terms apply to orders in the NOBLE shop, Werkstrasse 11, 6102 Malters, info@noble-interiors.ch, telephone 078 446 77 77.

Prices

Prices are in Swiss francs and include VAT at 8.1% where a price is shown. Items on request become binding only when NOBLE confirms the price in writing. Delivery within Switzerland is shown at checkout.

Made to measure

For a door, window or other made-to-measure piece, the width and height entered at checkout are in millimetres. NOBLE checks whether it can be made and confirms the order before production. A piece made to your measurements is for that opening and is not taken back as stock.

Contract and delivery

The contract is formed when NOBLE confirms the order or payment is received. Delivery is within Switzerland to the address given. An installation appointment is arranged separately from the shop order.

Payment

You pay by invoice or, once card payment is switched on, by card or TWINT. The invoice states the amount due, the payment reference and the bank details. The goods remain the property of NOBLE until paid in full.

Samples

Samples are for judging colour and surface in your own light. They do not replace an order for a floor, a door or fit-out.

Law

Swiss law applies. Disputes with businesses are heard by the courts at the seat in Malters, Canton of Lucerne. Mandatory consumer rights remain reserved.
